Andrew is the Chairman of Times Newspapers. Prior to this, he was CEO and Editor-in-Chief of the Daily Telegraph, the Executive Chairman of News International, and a Director of News Corporation. He was also the editor of The Economist, where he was recognized as ‘International Editor of the Year’.
Andrew is among the founding patrons of the SMA Trust (Spinal Muscular Atrophy). He has been Chairman of the Ballet Rambert and Shipston Home Nursing; Director of Reuters Holdings; Trustee of the Victoria & Albert Museum; Governor of Imperial College; Advisory Board Member of the Center for Economic Policy Research and Overseer of the Hoover Institution, both at Stanford.
Andrew has a MA in Modern History from the University of Oxford.
